Is there a way when fetching a person by LinkedInURL to return if you've already searched for this user?

I'm trying to minimise unessaccary API calls that may cost us credits, is there a way when using https://docs.salesql.com/reference/get-person-by-name-and-organization-copy to check if you've already got a result for that unique URL with your API key?
